The intuitive touchscreen interface offers swift remote control over fundamental 6-Series and MixPre Series features. Users can monitor meters, initiate or end audio recordings, input and adjust metadata, as well as enable/disable and rename tracks using Wingman.
Moreover, with the 6-Series, users can conveniently mark a take or designate false takes with a simple tap. Sound reports can be swiftly generated and instantly emailed directly from your iPhone or iPad.
The Sound Devices WM-Connect hardware accessory is necessary for utilizing the Wingman app with the 6-Series mixer/recorders. This accessory is not mandatory for the MixPre Series as they are equipped with built-in Bluetooth LE functionality. The WM-Connect device can be acquired separately from an authorized Sound Devices reseller.
